Content and Data

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely for operating and improving the Services. This includes the use of analytics and session replay tools to understand app usage patterns, identify bugs, and improve the user experience.

Prohibited Conduct

• Do not interfere with or disrupt the Services.
• Do not misuse the Services for unlawful or harmful purposes.

Disclaimer; Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Services.

Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time by using the in-app delete option described in the Privacy Policy. Deleting your account removes your study plans, sessions, and profile data from active systems immediately, with backup copies removed within 30 days.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction except where preempted by local consumer protections. You agree to resolve disputes in the courts having appropriate jurisdiction.
